Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 24, 2026 · WCAG 2.2 Level AA target

LocalUrgentPro is committed to making our public match pages usable by people with disabilities. We design toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and the accessibility principles commonly associated with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for public-facing web content.

What we provide

Known limits

We operate thousands of city/niche landing pages generated from templates. Some third-party analytics or font files may not be fully under our control. If a page is missing a skip link, has an unlabeled control, or traps keyboard focus, that is a defect — tell us and we will fix it.

Compatible technologies

Pages are designed to work with current releases of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, and with common screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS) using a modern browser.

Alternative formats and assistance

If you cannot use a form, call the number on the page (when shown) or email support@localurgentpros.com with the city, trade, and a description of the job. We will take the request by email and route it. You may also ask for this statement or the privacy policy in an alternative format.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback: support@localurgentpros.com with the subject “Accessibility”. Please include the page URL, the assistive technology you use, and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days.

Enforcement and third parties

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or, for certain federally funded programs, with the relevant agency. LocalUrgentPro pages are a private match service; this statement does not concede that any particular statute applies, but we still intend to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA bar.
