Privacy Policy

Effective: August 24, 2026 · Last updated: August 24, 2026 · LocalUrgentPro (AetheriX)

This Privacy Policy describes how LocalUrgentPro (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit localurgentpro.com and city/niche landing pages (together, the “Services”). LocalUrgentPro is a free homeowner match / lead-connection network. We are not the licensed contractor who performs on-site work.

This page is a public notice, not legal advice. A legal-agent review is in progress. If anything here conflicts with a later signed agreement, that agreement controls.

1. Who we are

LocalUrgentPro operates informational landing pages and request forms that match homeowners with independent local service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and similar trades). Licensing, pricing, warranties, and workmanship are solely between you and the provider you choose.

Operator: LocalUrgentPro / AetheriX. Privacy contact: support@localurgentpros.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

We do not require an account to submit a match request. We do not intentionally collect government ID numbers, payment card data, or precise GPS unless you type it into a free-text field.

3. How we use information

4. How we share information

When you submit a form, we may share your request details with one or more independent local contractors, networks, or call-center partners so they can follow up. Those businesses become separate controllers of the data they receive and have their own practices.

We may also share information with hosting, email/SMS, analytics, and security vendors who process data on our instructions; professional advisors when reasonably necessary; authorities when required by law; and a successor if we sell or reorganize the business.

We do not sell personal information for money. California “sharing” for cross-context advertising is addressed below. We do not use your lead form to train public generative-AI models.

5. Phone, SMS, and TCPA notice

If you provide a phone number and submit a request, you agree that LocalUrgentPro and matched local providers may contact you at that number about your request, including by live call, voicemail, SMS/MMS, and—where permitted—automatic telephone dialing systems or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of buying any good or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP and get help by replying HELP. Call opt-out: tell the caller or email us.

6. California privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may request: (1) to know categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected; (2) deletion; (3) correction; (4) to opt out of sale or sharing; (5) to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use SPI to infer characteristics); and (6) non-discrimination for exercising rights. We do not “sell” personal information as that term is commonly understood. Some sharing of lead data with providers is the core of the match service you requested. To exercise rights, email support@localurgentpros.com with “California privacy request” and enough detail to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent with written permission. We will respond within the time CPRA requires.

Categories collected in the last 12 months typically include identifiers (name, phone, ZIP, IP), customer records (job details), internet activity (page views), and inferences limited to routing (trade, urgency). Sources: you and your device. Business purposes: performing the match, security, and debugging.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We and vendors may use cookies, local storage, and pixels to remember form state, measure traffic, and protect against spam. Essential cookies are required for the site to work. You can control cookies in your browser. See our Cookie Policy.

8. Retention and security

We keep lead records as long as needed to complete matching, handle disputes, meet legal/accounting duties, and maintain consent logs—typically up to 24 months unless law requires longer. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your choices and rights

10. Children

The Services are for adults seeking home services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 where required). If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it. These pages are not directed to children under 13 and are not intended as COPPA-covered child-directed content.

11. Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for public pages. See our Accessibility Statement.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
