Our position
Service inquiries may be shared with independent providers for follow-up as described in this policy. Availability and a response are not guaranteed. You may request no further sharing, access, correction, or deletion through the contact below. Whether a particular transfer is a sale or sharing under a privacy law depends on the circumstances; a service request does not waive your applicable rights. We do not use submitted inquiries to train public generative-AI models.
Basic pageview analytics run only after an explicit Accept all Cookies choice. Rejection, withdrawal, Global Privacy Control, missing or invalid preferences, and unavailable storage keep analytics off. Advertising, session recording, and form-interaction tracking are disabled. The planning tools do not send their entries to us or save them between visits.
How to opt out
Email support@localurgentpro.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” and include:
- Your name and the phone or email you used on a form (if any)
- The approximate date and city/page if you remember them
- Whether you want (a) no further sharing with new providers, (b) deletion, or (c) both
We will not discriminate against you for exercising CPRA rights. We may need to verify it is you before completing deletion of a lead record.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request with signed permission from the consumer and enough information for us to verify both identities.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Global Privacy Control is recognized by the browser settings control and overrides previous acceptance with rejection. Optional tracking remains off regardless of stored preferences. This browser-level control does not erase or change requests already submitted; use the contact above for requests involving those records.
Limit use of sensitive personal information
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or similar sensitive personal information as part of the match form. If you paste sensitive data into the free-text box, we will treat a deletion request as covering that field.
Other states
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (including but not limited to Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana) may email the same address to opt out of targeted advertising or to request access or deletion. We will handle those requests in good faith consistent with applicable law.
