Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Our position
We do not sell personal information for money. When you submit a match form, we share your request with local service providers so they can contact you — that sharing is the service you asked for, not a third-party advertising sale.
Some privacy laws treat certain disclosures to advertising or analytics partners as a “sale” or “share” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run that kind of ad network on these landers. Optional first-party analytics (if you accepted cookies) measures our own traffic.
How to opt out
Email support@localurgentpros.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” and include:
- Your name and the phone or email you used on a form (if any)
- The approximate date and city/page if you remember them
- Whether you want (a) no further sharing with new providers, (b) deletion, or (c) both
We will not discriminate against you for exercising CPRA rights. We may need to verify it is you before completing deletion of a lead record.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request with signed permission from the consumer and enough information for us to verify both identities.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We are rolling out automatic recognition of the Global Privacy Control signal. Until that is live, please email the opt-out above. A GPC signal, when honored, will be treated as a request to opt out of sale/share for that browser.
Limit use of sensitive personal information
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or similar sensitive personal information as part of the match form. If you paste sensitive data into the free-text box, we will treat a deletion request as covering that field.
Other states
Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (including but not limited to Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana) may email the same address to opt out of targeted advertising or to request access or deletion. We will handle those requests in good faith consistent with applicable law.
