Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LocalUrgentPro websites and forms. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. What we are — and are not
LocalUrgentPro is a free referral / match service. We introduce homeowners to independent local service providers. We are not the contractor of record. We do not perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, or other trade work. We do not guarantee that a provider will accept a job, arrive at a specific time, or charge a specific price.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Forms are for residential service requests in the United States.
3. Your request
- Provide accurate contact and job details
- You authorize us to share the request with one or more providers covering your area
- A provider’s estimate, contract, warranty, and workmanship are between you and that provider
- Emergency situations (active flooding, fire, gas leak, medical emergency) require calling 911 or the appropriate utility — our form is not an emergency dispatch line
4. Phone and SMS
If you submit a phone number, the TCPA notice in our Privacy Policy and on the form applies. Consent is not a condition of using the website. Reply STOP to SMS; HELP for help.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services: no scraping at abusive volume, no malware, no false leads, no attempts to disrupt the site, and no submission of another person’s information without permission.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, trademarks, and layout are owned by LocalUrgentPro / AetheriX or our licensors. You may not copy the site for a competing lead network.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, that a match will occur, or that a provider is licensed in your exact ZIP at the moment you submit.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalUrgentPro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for work performed by independent providers. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some states do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent allowed.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify LocalUrgentPro against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your dispute with a provider, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your state says otherwise. Venue for disputes that must be in court is Maricopa County, Arizona, subject to those same consumer protections.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use after the “Last updated” date is acceptance. Questions: support@localurgentpros.com.
